I think this is still not fixed, at least on the 2.6.7 branch. It looks like a
regression from the 2.4.3 builds. It used to be the case that
ServicePointManager.CheckCertificateRevocationList was honored in the default
certificate validation policy. This is no longer the case in 2.6.7.

Attached is a patch that seems to fix this for our scenarios. It would be great
if this can be back-ported to 2.6.7.

Raising importance as this impacts most uses of HttpWebRequest and SSL sites
that use revocation lists.
