Windows is one of the operating systems support by Mono, correct?  If so, I see
no reason why this bug should not be fixed.  Subtle "little" bugs like this
make it that much more difficult to correctly port existing code from .NET
without resorting to a whole lot of "#if MONO" everywhere (and trust me, there
is already plenty of that in my code).
