--verify-all only checks methods, this is a metadata problem.

pedump correct catches it:
pedump --verify all ~/bug-656058_bug-0.exe

Error: Invalid CustomAttribute content row 1 Value field 0x00000034
Error: CustomAttribute: Not enough room for string
Error count: 2
