I got that problem recently, and it seems to be a transient error.   Replugging
my iPhone fixed it.   Another time I had to reboot the system.

The code 3892314157 is 0xe800002d, which I used to Google and both the last
time and this time, there does not seem to be any obvious indication as to what
the problem is.   For most people using a different USB port or USB hub fixes
the problem.
