A single shared class.

When passing an object in the body of a POST call, I get "Unhandled
Exception: System.NotImplementedException: parameter user is not
contained in the URI template blah 0 0". IHello.SayHi2 in the included
code.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Compile the shared library code.
2. Compile the server and client code referencing the shared library.
3. Run the server, then client.
Actual Results:  
Unhandled
Exception: System.NotImplementedException: parameter user is not
contained in the URI template blah 0 0

Expected Results:  
The text "Hi Joe" should have printed.
