Tester source

The source for the test program attached previously.  Use the exe in
preference...

To compile it needs five files from the 32feet.NET library:
  .\InTheHand.Net.Personal\Net\BluetoothAddress.cs
  .\InTheHand.Net.Personal\Net\BluetoothEndPoint.cs
  .\InTheHand.Net.Personal\Net.Bluetooth\BluetoothService.cs
  .\InTheHand.Net.Personal\Net.Sockets\AddressFamily.cs
  .\InTheHand.Net.Personal\Net.Sockets\BluetoothProtocolType.cs.
