For either option, I get:

c:\dev\IronScheme\IronScheme.Console\bin\Release>mono --security=verifiable

Not enough space for the MS-DOS header

Could not load image C:\PROGRA~1\MONO-2~1.1\lib\mono\2.0\mscorlib.dll due to
Not enough space for the MS-DOS header
The assembly mscorlib.dll was not found or could not be loaded.
It should have been installed in the
`C:\PROGRA~1\MONO-2~1.1\lib\mono\2.0\mscorlib.dll' directory.
