Part of the problem is in mono_path_canonicalize. If the path is not relative
(\ikvm\bin\ikvm.exe), we prepend the current directory to the path
(C:\ikvm\tests\regression + \ikvm\bin\ikvm.exe =>
C:\ikvm\tests\regression\ikvm\bin\ikvm.exe)
