Description of Problem:
Am unable to write any tests that rely upon the Android.Test.* classes, such as
AndroidTestClass.

Steps to reproduce the problem:
1. View Mono.Android with the object browser and check the Android.Test
namespace


Actual Results:
None of the test classes (although the runner exists)

Expected Results:
Should see AndroidTestCase and other test related classes

How often does this happen? 
Every time
