Only with a "large" definition of broken ;-) and even then I would not blame
the platform assemblies.

Before SL4 there was no COM support in Silverlight*, so removing the types from
the platform assemblies made sense. However the runtime itself does not support
that and crash if the ComImport bit is set.

* The same applies to any subset profile built from mono sources.

If we do not fix this then I think (all) the required types should be
documented for people who embed mono with a custom profile.
