I'm sorry, but I don't understand this request.

The linker has not been enabled yet, so there is no "stripping" going on, and
there has never been any stripping (assuming "stripping" == "linking").

As for using Reflection, that should work, you just need to ensure that the
assembly is packaged. Unfortunately the only way to easily distribute the
assembly is to reference it, but this doesn't require that you have a project
for it, merely that you add the assembly to the Project References.

Can you elaborate on what functionality you would like?  An example would be
useful.
