The project doesn't build because the solution namespacing settings have been
changed.

This would result in the sln file containing something like:
                Policies = $0
                $0.DotNetNamingPolicy = $1
                $1.DirectoryNamespaceAssociation = PrefixedHierarchical
                $1.ResourceNamePolicy = FileFormatDefault
