will start if using mono 2.6.7, but gives an error on startup that this
function is missing.

If instead native .Net 20 is used, it works fine.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
Install Dragon Age Origins. Try to run C:\\Program Files\\Dragon
Age\\bin_ship\\daupdater.exe.
Actual Results:  
Get an error dialog.

Expected Results:  
No error dialog.
