Hello,

Gendarme 2.8 for Windows [1] does not include the file rules.xml. When you
execute Gendarme from the command line to process an assembly it gives the
following error:

ERROR: Could not find file 'C:\Program Files\Gendarme28\rules.xml'.

The file rules.xml should be included in the package.
