While I appreciate it's not a huge amount of use I thought I should report that
I also encountered this exact error at one of my test sites yesterday.

This site has been running for many months and, seemingly at random, suddenly
raised this error for any page accessed on the site. The error was resolved
after restarting Apache. The site is running r149721 which I acknowledge is an
old version and my first step will be to upgrade the site to the latest
version.

Given how intermittent this appears to be occuring at my site if Kirill is
experiencing the issue more regularly then perhaps he can provide an example
page which we can use as a basis to build a replicable test case. 

In the meantime I'll monitor the site after the upgrade to the latest Mono
version.
