The other issues are fixed, too, up to a couple of minor eglib patches.

A build with

--with-moonlight=no --enable-nls=no --with-mcs-docs=no --with-glib=system

should succeed.

The eglib build may fail at System.Core's bootstrap with a sharing violation.
In this case, deleting the offending file and calling "make" from mono's dir
should fix the issue. I'm looking at this.
