As reported on irc:
 Is there no way to have your app name contain a space (if you set "Project
Name" in  "Main Settings" you get an mtouch failed error...

 (It looks like My&021;App works :-) )

Likely a MonoDevelop issue, it probably needs to quote the parameters.
