mono-2.6.5-gtksharp-2.12.10-win32-0.exe
monotools-2.0.6586
blogengine-1.5 and blogengine 1.6

When running blogengine locally in monotools-2.0.6586 with
mono-2.6.5-gtksharp-2.12.10-win32-0.exe, blogengine's first page displays
however when logging in, or accessing other pages, it either hangs or displays
only a small icon rather than displaying the entire page correctly.  Often, I
can get the new page to display if I reload it several times.  This is very
repeatable with either the 1.5 or 1.6 blogengine source code and only happens
on Windows, not Linux with the same mono.
