Monotools-2.0.6414 extension


While this does not happen right away, it happens every session.  It takes a
while of running VS before it happens.  I'm also not sure if this is VS that is
crashing or if it's our extension that is causing the crash.  I'm guessing it's
our extension though.

After several minutes of running VS and debugging in mono, if I click on Mono >
Extension Manager from the menu, VS crashes.

Once it restarts, it's OK for a while, then after several minutes of use, it
will happen again on opening the extension manager.
