The MonoTools Server in the SLE Mono Extension update channel needs to be
updated to 1.1.

This involves a rename too, from monovs-addon-server to monotools-addon-server.

Packages have been submitted to sle10-sp2 and sle11.  Need SWAMP-ID etc.
