Description of Problem:


Steps to reproduce the problem:

1. Create a new solution based on the C# winforms template project
2. Click "Mono / Run in Mono"
3. Select a local profile
Without closing the first run Click "Mono / Run in Mono / select local profile"
again

Actual Results:

An error pops up saying Build Failed, there was an error building the
application see exception details for more information (details in screenshot)

Expected Results:

We should be able to run more than one winform app.
