I noticed a little flaw in my patch: the tab text / image should not be
horizontally centered if SizeMode != Fixed. This is only obvious when the tab
content is below the minimum size (42), otherwise you can't see it as the
content fits exactly, in which case it doesn't matter whether it's centered or
not.

However, tab text / image should always be vertically centered, which is
something the patch does right.

I'll post an updated patch soon.
