When creating a package the file "Package1.pkgxml" by clicking on "Create Linux
package for project", the file is not displayed in the open tabs in the
browser.  However, when I click on the file name, I get an error message that
it's already open and it appears as an XML document, rather than the form.

If I click "yes" to close the current one in the dialog, it is re-opened with
the form displayed correctly.

1) Open a project
2) click "Create Linux package for project"
3) Package1.pkgxml is now in the file list but is not opened in the editor
4) double click on Package1.pkgxml in the file list
5) see error dialog
