Description of Problem:

Win 7 ultimate x86
mono tools for vs 2.0
Mono 2.6.4

SLES 11 i586
monotools-server-gui-2.0.6198-1.2
mono-core-2.6.4-38.2
monotools-server-2.0.6198-1.2

Steps to reproduce the problem: 
1. Open Visual Studio.
   a. Create a new class library project.
   b. File
   c. New Project
   d. Visual C#
   e. Windows
   f. Class Library
2. Mono->Create Linux Package


Actual Results:
Package Configuration does not open until you double click in the solution
explorer Package1.pkgxml 

Expected Results:
Should pop up right away
