I get a stack trace on Linux from the monotools-gui-server when debugging is
stopped remotely.  I'm using blogengine for this test.

0) start monotools-gui-server in terminal on the linux side
1) open ASP.NET app solution on windows VS2k10
2) set a breakpoint
3) Run remotely in linux
4) breakpoint is hit
5) continue
6) move browser out of the way or exit
7) click blue "stop debugging" square icon" in VS menu bar
8) observe stack trace on linux side.

I'll attach my stack trace.
