Instead of writing procedures by words, please attach a test code. This kind of
bug reports are very often unverifiable. There are many many ways to write such
code described above and does *not* reproduce your problem. Also note that our
*implementation details* does not always have to match .NET. We do such work
only when it is easily possible.
