Never mind my last message, it seems like there is no problem.

Mono on Windows doesn't apply the XP / Luna theme to all controls, and although
it does apply it to regular Buttons, it doesn't do it do RadioButtons with
Appearance = Button, and falls back to the Windows classic theme. And the
behavior described above matches the Windows classic theme, so there is no bug.
The problem is that all controls should have a Luna skin, which is out of the
scope of this bug report.

Marking as resolved / fixed, since Carlos forgot to do it.
