Simplest test case I could produce

User-Agent: Mozilla/5.0 (X11; U; Linux x86_64; en-US) AppleWebKit/532.9
(KHTML, like Gecko) Chrome/5.0.308.0 Safari/532.9

Hit this *very* funky error when trying to compile MassTransit
(http://code.google.com/p/masstransit/) using Mono 2.6.3.

I've tried to boil down the issue to as specific a test case as I can.

I know so far the following are required to reproduce the bug, and removing any
one of these things makes the error disappear:

1) Has to be in a method with a generic parameter (e.g. void Foo<TMessage> ())
2) Has to be inside a using statement (I think and have the anonymous method
make use of the object created by the using statement)
3) Removing one or the other of the calls inside of the anonymous method makes
the error disappear.

I will attach the simplest test case I could produce.

Reproducible: Always
