Mono 2.6.3 hasn't been officially announced yet, but it's already available
from the download page: http://www.go-mono.com/mono-downloads/download.html

On Windows, this bug is still there with 2.6.3. So I guess that either it
didn't get backported, or it's now a Windows-only issue. Could you please
clarify?

On a side note, I noticed another glitch: when a GroupBox switches from enabled
to disabled, its upper bound moves by 1px. (Enabled = normal, disabled = top
border 1px too high)
This is on Windows, I haven't checked yet whether this one bug is also there on
Linux.
