building any application for iphone ends with error "mtouch failed with no
output (134)". 


Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1.create new project (for example window based iphone app) and don't change
anything
2.build application
3.
Actual Results:  
building failed with error: mtouch failed with no output (134)

Expected Results:  
run iphone simulator

Earlier I have to link monotouch.dll manual, cause there was a reference
missing error (I don't know if that is connected). All frameworks was updated.
Running with -v arguments didn't bring any new information. I cannot build any
application (samples from monotouch site too). I've tried to reinstall
monoframework , monotouch and monodevelop but with no effect.
