Two projects - NoCrashTest cannot be built, the other is older and can be built

User-Agent:       Mozilla/5.0 (Windows; U; Windows NT 6.1; en-US)
AppleWebKit/532.5 (KHTML, like Gecko) Chrome/4.0.249.89 Safari/532.5

Projects created with previous version (1.4.7) build without issue, and can be
succesfully launched on the device, even now with the new version.

New projects however, cannot be built to device.

I have tried version both 1.5 and 1.9.5, and I've tried reinstalling both.

I've tried with all various linking options, with -nolink argument.

I've tried setting processor from the default x86 to Any CPU.

All this without any luck.

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Start new project
2. Set target to Debug|iPhone or Release|iPhone
3. Build
Actual Results:  
mtouch failed with no output (1)
