Sample project that recreates the above described issue.

User-Agent:       Mozilla/5.0 (Macintosh; U; Intel Mac OS X 10_6_0; en-US)

When attempting to make a simple SOAP service request in MonoTouch on either
the iPhone device or in the simulator, the request fails with the following
exception:

authentication or decryption has failed.

Steps to Reproduce:

Actual Results:  
The web service request fails with an exception, "The authentication or
decryption has failed."

Expected Results:  
The web service should return a valid result.  This identical code functions
perfectly when compiled on a PC in a Win32 Console app in visual studio or on
Windows Mobile.
