Fixed in r153164 (trunk) and r153165 (2.6 branch).

Jeffrey, thanks for the patches but, alas, they were incorrect. If you're
modifying anything in the public classes you must check whether the
modification is compatible with the corresponding version of the class in .NET.
In this case, none of the properties had the Localized attribute applied to
them.

Also, in your future contributions - please use the unified diff format and
create the diff from the top of the mono/mcs source tree - thanks!
