A simple test case with a DataGridView containing a cell with long content. The
settings for the cell style WrapMode of various components is shown below.

User-Agent:       Mozilla/5.0 (Windows; U; Windows NT 5.1; en-US)
AppleWebKit/532.5 (KHTML, like Gecko) Chrome/4.0.249.89 Safari/532.5

When using a DataGridView to display data, cells that contain long strings are
truncated instead of resized to display all of the string.

When running in Windows, a DataGridView with AutoSizeRowsMode set to AllCells
and the DefaultCellStyle's WrapMode set to True, the DataGridView will resize
any row which contains a cell who's strong does not fit within the default row
size.

This is not the case when running in Mono. In Mono, the cell's content is
truncated and unavailable.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Create a Form with a DataGridView
2. Set the DataGridView's AutoSizeRowsMode to AllCells
3. Set the DataGridView's DefaultCellStyle's WrapMode to True
4. Add a row to the DataGridView that contains a Cell with a long string which
will not fit in the default size of the cell
Actual Results:  
The contents of the cell with the long string were truncated and the row stayed
the same height as default

Expected Results:  
The row should grow taller to allow the cell more room to display its content,
wrapping the text as necessary.
