I hate having to grab my mouse to run/debug.  Can we please assign O to the
Mono menu so that pressing Alt+o will activate the menu?

Also, we should assign keys to the menu items.  I propose:

Mon&o

&Run in Mono
&Debug in Mono
Analyze for Mono Migration (&MoMA)
Create Linux &Package for Project
Create SUSE Powered &Appliance
