Hi Scott, 

A sample C# test program with the above insert statement with corresponding
values will help fix the issue.  I think, it could be because of the high
number of parameters being used here.

Also, please attach a sql script that I can run directly in the sqlserver 2005
/ sqlserver 2008 to create the respected tables/schema to run the tests.

(And I believe you are running mono from svn trunk).
