There is no updater for this, it is simply:

"This test version of Mono Tools for Visual Studio has expired.  Please upgrade
to help us test the latest code.  Thank you!\n\nhttp://go-mono.com/monovs/"


The beta will still stop working whether (1) occurred or not, it just would
simply be on July 15th, as publicized, instead of June 15th.
