I fixed it by adding System.Core.dll, while the compiler was not suggesting
that. Can that be added?
repro:
Build the attached solution. This give you an error that the extension method
cannot be found, but is not suggesting to add the reference to System.Core.

Please add a hint for the missing System.Core reference.
