Martin, please don't close the bug just because you cannot reproduce it. Your
inability to reproduce the bug does not invalidate it.  I will help you get the
right environment.  We have a VM with the mono and monotools server.  It looks
like we have the same version of VS: Version 10.0.30319.1 RTMRel.

I am seeing this on Windows Vista 64 it may be a 64bit issue.

I'm going to include a screencast of the failure.
