Summary: The binding for UIPickerView is strange. like garden
gnomes fucking, on acid, in a treehouse made of
mushrooms.

Description of Problem:
the UIPickerView has weird properties/methods for databinding. it has a
datasource property that takes a "model" whatever that is. :) plus, there's a
weakdelegate property but no delegate property, and there's no strongly-typed
delegate for it.
i know we can't get rid of the datasource => model thing, but you could add a
Delegate property that takes a UIPickerViewDelegate.
also, you should consider adding a .Source property that takes a combined
datasource/delegate like what you did for the UITableView.
long term, i think you should deprecate the current UIPIckerViewModel as the
datasource type and move to a property datasource.
