Test programme

I tend to test this with the Debian planet feed
http://planet.debian.org/atom.xml and the attached code.

To compile, just `gmcs -r:System.ServiceModel.Web WCFTest.cs` and then run with
`./WCFTest http://planet.debian.org/atom.xml`.

With current upstream, it doesn't return from SyndicationFeed.Load(reader), but
an exception is raised.
