Notice the "sender" and "e" variables in the Local's pad.  The first time a
breakpoint is hit, they are not expandable.  After another breakpoint is hit,
then they are.  This does not have to be a second run of the debugger.  On the
same run, if in a loop where a breakpoint is hit multiple times, it happens.
