above crash was happen on mono 2.4.2.3

Mono for src doesn't crash but generates extra events.

Remove
HandleTSelected
HandleTSelectedIndexChanged
HandleTSelected
HandleTSelectedIndexChanged


I still to test this on the very latest mono from svn.
