Description of Problem:
Using sdk 3.0.6 and 3.0.7.
Linking a UIController in InterfaceBuilder produce in codebehind a UIController
without namespace and therefore not compilable.

Steps to reproduce the problem:
1. in InterfaceBuilder add to a main UIVIew a UIController
2. add a UIController IBOutlet and link with UIController in the UIView
3. save in InterfaceBuilder
4. rebuild the project in monodevelop

Actual Results:
can't compile

Expected Results:
cadebehind is created correctly and is compilable
