Not sure if this is a TableView or CGBitmapContext or UIButton memory leak. I
create a CustomTableViewCell with 4 buttons in each row and 48 rows in the
TableView. Everything works fine initially. But, if you scroll up and down many
times (10+-) you will eventually get a error: 'exited abnormally with signal 9:
Killed'. This happens after the OS tells things like Mail and Safari to exit
due to low system memory.

There doesn't have to be any 'data' (icons) in the buttons to replicate the
problem. Just having the time string is enough to cause the crash.

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Tap the 'Week' button
2. Scroll up and down many time (10+-)
3. 
Actual Results:  
exited abnormally with signal 9: Killed
Crash

Expected Results:  
Not crash...

Using MonoTouch 2.0.3 (latest 2.x)
MonoDevelop 2.2.2
