Patch for libgdi drawing bug

We found a bug in libgdi and posted it to the dev list a month ago:
http://lists.ximian.com/pipermail/mono-devel-list/2010-May/034909.html

We have been using the patch happily for the past month and it should hopefully
fix the problems described here.
