Treeview populate-on-demand fails under mono and the mono extension (mono-x).
This was overlooked as testing resources were diminished this past year and the
fact that it's not automated and clicks on the '+' signs work to expand the
list and there's no obvious crash - just improper function. Hm... Sucks to
have missed it. It's a fairly obvious bug.
1) run xsp2 in the /usr/lib/xsp/test directory
2) connect to http://<your_server>:8080/2.0/treeview/populate-on-demand.aspx
3) click on "Inventory"
4) click on "Node 0"
At this point, all nodes below "Inventory" disappear and clicking on
"Inventory" again does nothing.
The expected behavior is that nodes continually expand and are populated on
demand and selected.
This is a regression as it worked in mono-2.4.x.
