One of the method overloads throws an exeception when a string.Empty is passed
in instead of a NULL.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Add a Html.TextArea to a MVC2 View
2. View the page
3. Exception thrown
Actual Results:  
Exception is thrown, error page shown.

Expected Results:  
Page loads and Html.TextArea is displayed with the provided content

This works:  <%= Html.TextArea("body", Model.TOSAcceptance.Body, 30, 115, 
null)%> 

This errors: <%= Html.TextArea("body", Model.TOSAcceptance.Body, 30, 115,
string.Empty)%>

This errors: <%= Html.TextArea("body", Model.TOSAcceptance.Body, 30, 115, "")%>


Both work on MS.NET.
