Description of Problem:
I installed the F# core dll using Microsoft's provided script [for Mono] (which
calls gacutil -i), but it cannot be found when executing an application.

Steps to reproduce the problem:
1. Install F# (the zip file from
http://www.microsoft.com/downloads/details.aspx?FamilyID=444005fb-e627-4feb-b51d-13d6a3b4b8ed&displaylang=en)
by downloading the zip file, and running install-mono.sh
2. From the unpacked F# directory, "cp bin/fsi.exe ."
3. Run "mono fsi.exe"

Actual Results:
dll should be found

Expected Results:
dll was not found, despite showing up in gacutil:

> gacutil -l FSharp.Core
The following assemblies are installed into the GAC:
FSharp.Core, Version=2.0.0.0, Culture=neutral, PublicKeyToken=b03f5f7f11d50a3a
