I am not sure if this is the same error I hit a while ago, but my problem was
that paths were being embedded with the cygwin path (/cygdrive/ etc) rather
than the windows path (C:\...). I don't think there was a quick fix on
#monodev. Perhaps we could have the cygwin build convert everything to windows
paths when building.
